- We don’t have any lock-in contracts. If you are ever unhappy simply let us know and we will refund you the unused lessons for the term.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- We don’t want any student to fall behind, so students are expected to attend every lesson to get the best value from tutoring. We will organise a substitute class if a lesson falls on a public holiday.
- If you need to cancel, let us know the day before the student’s lesson to avoid being billed for the lesson.
- We will always aim to arrange a substitute lesson if a student cannot attend, but if we cannot achieve this, the lesson’s cost is non-refundable.
PAYMENT POLICY
- All payments must be received by the due date. If you prefer split payments, please speak to our accounts manager.
- If no payments are made, and no communication has been initiated to discuss finalising your invoice by the due date, then lessons will be placed on hold.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Students are to arrive on or before the session commencement time and be picked up at the end of the session time. Management must be notified when this condition cannot be met.
2. Students/parents/guardians agree to inform management of any changes to contact details promptly.
3. Session times and fees are subject to change. Every effort will be made to advise students/parents/guardians should this occur.
4. Under no circumstances are materials or resources given to students sold, reproduced, repeated or distributed without prior written consent.
5. From time to time, the Centre will advertise and promote the services we provide. This can involve including students in photos. You agree to provide consent and authority for the Centre to use photos involving the students for advertising and promotional material. Should you not wish for the students on this application form to participate in any photos, kindly inform us in writing in order for us to ensure this does not occur.
6. Students are expected to bring their own stationery to class (pens, pencils, exercise books, calculators, pencils, erasers and rulers).
7. The Thinking Cap Tutoring Centre reserves the right to expel any student for bad behaviour.
8. This agreement is to begin on the date it has been signed as accepted by the Centre and shall expire when your child completes their final HSC exam or if you decide to unenroll from The Thinking Cap Tutoring Centre.
9. The Thinking Cap reserves the right to terminate this agreement if any of these conditions are not met.
10. Please ensure that all information regarding any special requirements or relevant medical conditions for the student(s) is filled in this form.
